Therapeutic Reflexology

Working Reflexes on the Sole of the Foot Therapeutic Reflexology

Therapeutic Reflexology can help support anxiety and tension, both mentally and physically, encourage relaxation, improve ones' mood and aid sleep.

Therapeutic Reflexology has an amazing way of supporting the mind and body to calm down and relax to a natural state of being, which allows the body and mind to cope so much better with the demands of modern day living.

Many people also use Therapeutic Reflexology to help them cope with more specific health challenges.

Therapeutic Reflexology is often used alongside conventional care in hospices, hospitals and other healthcare settings, to help support patients with a variety of conditions.

It is important to choose a well qualified Therapist, who has undertaken the necessary long term training to understand the theory and practical aspects of Reflexology.

By choosing a Reflexologist who is a Federation of Holistic Therapists member, you can be confident that I am professionally trained, qualified and insured.

I am listed on the FHT Register.

I am fortunate to have been involved in the Natural Healing Field for the last 35 years and am qualified in a number of Natural Healing Therapies.  I have worked both Nationally and  Internationally, in many varied positions includingTherapeutic Therapist, Lecturer, College Principal and International Examiner.  I have also worked with a wide variety of Medical Dotors, Physiotherapists, Chiropractors and Psychologists as well and have obtained a vast knowledge of how the body and mind functions from many different aspects.
